Role Play?????????

Well....
It's Friday night, and what am I doing, in my bed, eating, drinking a Frozen Lemonade and  BLOGGING! Its cool, I don't mind, It feels like a 2 degrees out and the comfort of my warm room feels pretty effin amazing! What brings me to the Blogfession (did I just make that up, Hmmmm I like it). The topic of changing who you are, WITHOUT changing who you are! Sounds confusing huh?? Well let me explain. I the fact when someone sees me, they are so surprised at the person they are getting!!  Why, because I get bored with CONSISTENCY!!  I know, I know, they old saying, If it ain't broke then don't fix it! If you find something that looks good on you, stick with it!! NOPE, I have my own saying! Been there, loved it, moving on to find something I love a little MORE!!!!  So whats the best way to spice up who you are....DUH its HAIR!!!!!!!

Something as simple as changing your hair can make you feel like a new woman!! I walk in the salon feeling like a soccer mom, and walk out feeling like a video vixen!!! A good hairstyle will have you prancing like you're Beyonce! (trust me, I swear I'm shooting a video sometimes)  It can make you feel like a new you! Like your playing a role! Ever since I was a little girl I have always wanted to be a actress! (Hence the Drama Queen title everyone has given me!!! Shame on yall!) Anyway So since God has given me a different role in life, I choose to play my roles with my styles! ! So rather I'm feeling spicy, sweet, edgy, I run to the salon! I swear a great hairstylist can change your life!!!! And Mine is the greatest

So let me start by giving a Big Shout out to my stylist of 15 years (Yea that long, and I ain't going no where)  BIG ROY!!! When I say this man keeps getting better, I tell you the truth!! I rarely go in the salon with a picture and say I WANT THIS! Why? Because I trust him with my hair and I know he will not disappoint me! Rather its my natural hair or a weave I always leave with confidence, a smile, and a earful of compliments!!  Ok, back to hair....Now I know I'm just a beauty school drop out( DON'T YOU DARE JUDGE ME) But  I do know a little about hair. So I will give you some  personal advice.  God Knows I  love my weaves, but if they are not done (and removed)  correctly they can damage your hair ...so I do my best to protect my natural hair. If I had the choice I would rather get all my weaves  sewn it, BUT because I love variety and change my hair so much,  that would be so much money wasted...so what do I do I opt for hair bonding glue.  I know, all that pulling can be a strain on your natural hair so what have they done!!! Someone has created my best friend and its called Salon Pro 30 Sec Weave Wonder Wrap!!! This is the best thing since pockets!!! It's designed to prepare, preserve and condition the hair during various gluing and weaving procedures. Now I love my weaves But caring for my natural hair is important to me. So products like these help me along the way!!!


So all you ladies out there, saying what you can't rock, and won't look good on you! TRY IT first! Who would have ever thought I would've thought at 32, I would be rocked a shaved side! Well....maybe I'm a bad example because I have always been a little insane, but you get the picture! Switch it up! Give people a shock value when you walk in the office...You will be so surprised at the new walk you will have!!!! I walked in the salon today feeling terrible! I was tired, grumpy, recovering from a flat tire, hungry( shall I go on)....So my Stylist switched me up!!!!!  I went from Appolonia to Mary J.......

Not only did he change my hair, but my attitude has changed!!  So it really doesn't matter how you rock it..BLONDE, BALD,RED,LONG,SHORT,SHAVED,KINKY, CURLY, STRAIGHT,WIGS.....Just remember to ROCK THE HELL OUT OF IT!!!!!

Good Luck!!!!  I get asked all the time  HOW CAN I SHAVE MY HEAD... My reply:  RELAX!!!  Its just hair!!! Have fun Yall!!!!!!

Oh, Btw....It also helps in the bedroom! Make your Lil Cupcake feel he's with a new woman! Change your name and Boom....he will love it!
